What areas do you currently cover?
We cover all 307 councils across England. A list of all these councils can be found using this link. We only cover Article 4 areas that relate to usage conversions from C3 (residential) to C4 (small HMO).
How often do you update your article 4 areas?
We check with each council daily for updates to their article 4 directions.
Do you include upcoming article 4 areas?
Yes, for each council we've onboarded, we check with them daily for any notifications on new article 4 areas that may be coming up. We aim to provide you with a date of when these areas will come into effect so that you can plan ahead.
Which payments do you accept?
